We just shared our fashion week round-up from the Maryam Nassir Zadeh SS23 show before coming across this profile on the designer written by Rachel Tashjian. For those who don’t know Maryam Nassir Zadeh is more than just her eponymous label. Zadeh launched her website in 2012 where she sells her namesake brand alongside brands like Jacquemus, Telfar and Sophie Buhai. Since then, they’ve opened a physical space in both New York and Paris. Tashjian explores Maryam Nassir Zadeh’s success, diving into the aesthetic, community and overall mindset that has led to the brand’s global success.
